The Due Cigni 1896 Camp Chef is a chic chef’s knife with a cool design. It’s made for all serious cutting tasks. In terms of design, it fits completely with all other knives from the 1896 series by Due Cigni.The handle is made from dark walnut wood. It gives the knife a classic, stylish look. The handle is rounded and therefore feels amazing in hand. The handle is secured to the full-tang blade with three attractive rivets. To maintain the stunning colour of the walnut wood, and to not affect the sharpness of the blade, we recommend cleaning this knife by hand. Dry it after cleaning it to prevent discolourations or cracks and to make sure the wood doesn’t bend.
