Simply a reference point for “made in France” knives. N°08 Carbonio was born in Joseph Opinel’s laboratory in 1890. Since then, it has become a classic worldwide, thanks to its design and effectiveness. The 8.5 cm carbon steel blade offers an unerring cut and durability. The beech handle makes it easier to hold and therefore a safer knife. The Virobloc safety system invented by Opinel allows you to lock the blade in the open or closed position.
